The Windcall Residency Program was the one of the first leadership programs to tackle the intersection of individual leaders’ burnout and its impact on organizational stability and vitality.

Today, there is a small but significant, field of organizations whose core belief is that reflection for individual leaders reaps great benefits to organizations and movements, not to mention to these valuable people themselves.
