Christensen Fund Fellowship Opportunity

CCF partner organization, the Christensen Fund is piloting a Fellowship in philanthropy. Application deadline is Monday, August 8, 2016.

We are very happy to share that the Christensen Fund is piloting a Fellowship in philanthropy! The two-year Fellowship, based in their San Francisco office, will offer an early- to mid-career professional with strong Indigenous connections a unique opportunity to deeply learn about philanthropy thru extensive hands-on grantmaking experience, individual coaching and mentorship. The Fellow will lead grantmaking in their Bay Area Program and contribute to several other projects across the Fund. The skills needed for paradigm shifting leadership (in philanthropy and beyond) are broad and multifaceted and rooted leadership requires opportunities to be engaged and active in community and culture. With this in mind, the Fellowship will include dedicated time for personal cultural study/practice (such as language learning, art, music or dance)—to be defined by the Fellow.
