We are expanding our development capacity at Common Counsel Foundation and are looking for a Development Manager who will take the lead in gifts administration, major gifts and grants tracking, fund development systems management and donor communications. This position will not be responsible for fund development but rather managing the development systems that support the organization. We are looking for someone who has 2 -3 years experience working in a development role, is a great communicator and is very detail oriented.
The Development Manager reports to the Managing Director and works closely with a number of Common Counsel Foundation staff and partners. This position will start as a fully remote position and if the individual hired lives in the Oakland / Bay Area, they will likely need to go into the CCF’s Oakland office 1-2 days per week, once it is safe to do so.
