Executive Director

Common Counsel Foundation is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our next chapter of transformative social justice philanthropy. We are seeking a leader who can inspire and challenge us and the sector, who can build diverse partnerships and deep relationships, and, most importantly, who intimately understands the power of unlocking resources in support of community-led change. This role calls for someone who can hold complexity with clarity, communicate openly with vision, and center care and collective wellbeing.

Compensation for this position is $225,000-$295,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a compelling benefits package. Grounded in the organization’s commitment to equity, the salary of CCF’s highest paid employee is currently no more than three times the lowest paid employee.
